And it was never more apparent than last September 13, when beauty lovers packed The Beauty Hall of Rustan’s Makati, shoulder-to-shoulder as they moved through the aisles, for Beauty Addict: Decoded, the 2025 Rustan’s Beauty Addict event.
Now on its 13th year, the Rustan’s Beauty Addict event has always been the most anticipated annual celebration of beauty in the country. This year, it gave beauty enthusiasts a glimpse of what happens when you take many of the top luxury and heritage beauty brands and shine the spotlight on the innovation and technology that they fuse together—an entire world of possibilities opens, for skin care, makeup, fragrance, or beauty technology.

With a backdrop of a futuristic wonderland, complete with neon lights and pulsating beats, the entire Beauty Hall and its prestige brands allowed guests to experience beauty innovation and artistry through special, immersive experiences designed especially for the event, to showcase what each brand had to offer.
La Prairie offered guests a chance to win free flowers, as well as a discount for the Life Matrix Haute Rejuvenation Cream, which delivers its benefits all the way into your skin’s very cells. Givenchy’s Grab the Glam claw machine dangled makeup and perfume prizes, and gave shoppers up to 15% off on selected perfumes, including their famed L’Interdit line.

The Clarins Lip Oil Lane had guests striking down giant lip oil pins, and getting a chance to purchase a limited edition Iconic Red Lip Comfort Oil, which combines lip care with a burst of color. L’Occitane’s Pick and Win booth had hidden prizes behind locked doors, and highlighted their Anti Hair Loss serum, which works with the natural life cycle of each strand of hair to prevent hair loss.
Diptyque showed off their Les Essences collection, which interprets uncommon scents from nature—coral, mother of pearl, bark, water lily, and sand rose. Eco Jardin demonstrated their cutting-edge scalp analysis tools, and Shark Ninja showed off their Shark Flexstyle Air Styling and Drying System, which curls, volumizes, smooths, and dries.

It was treat after treat after treat for the guests, especially for the devoted members of the Rustan’s Beauty Addict loyalty program, who enjoyed additional gifts and major discounts.
