Allure Philippines Best of Beauty Awards 2026 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an entry to the Allure Philippines Best of Beauty Awards 2026 (“the Awards”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms may be updated periodically at the sole discretion of Allure Philippines, operated under MEGA Global Licensing, Inc. (“MGLI”), in partnership with Condé Nast. Any revisions will be effective upon publication in official communications or on Allure Philippines channels.

2. Eligibility

• The Awards are open to beauty brands and distributors with products that are legally available for sale in the Philippines.
• All products must comply with local regulations, including those of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the Philippines.
• Products that are limited edition or unavailable for public purchase during the testing and judging period are not eligible.
• Participants must be 18 years or older and authorized to represent their brand or company.

3. Categories

Entries may be submitted in the following categories:

• Makeup
• Skin Care
• Body Care
• Hair Care
• Fragrances
• Nails
• Tools and Devices

4. Submission Requirements

All entries must be submitted using the official submission form found exclusively in the Allure Philippines Volume 3 print issue launching November 23, 2025.

Each entry must include:

1. A completed and signed official submission form (one form per SKU).
2. Four (4) product samples for testing.
3. Proof of market availability (receipt, website link, or store listing).
4. Optional: press kit, technical sheet, or supporting product information.

Incomplete entries will not be considered. Each SKU requires one (1) completed official submission form.

5. Submission Period and Delivery

• Launch of mechanics and forms: November 23, 2025
• Submission deadline: January 20, 2026

Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

6. Fees and Independence

There are no submission fees, sponsorships, or payments required to participate in the Allure Philippines Best of Beauty Awards.

Allure Philippines’ editorial integrity is non-negotiable—every winner is chosen based solely on product performance and merit.

7. Testing and Judging Process

All eligible entries will undergo an editorial testing process led by Allure Philippines editors and supported by expert collaborators in dermatology, cosmetic science, and professional artistry.

Each product will be:

• Tested by at least three editors under real Filipino conditions (heat, humidity, and varied skin and hair types).
• Evaluated for effectiveness, innovation, sensory experience, safety, and value.
• Reviewed and discussed during editorial deliberations, with all decisions made independently and confidentially.

All editorial decisions are final and may not be appealed or negotiated.

8. Product Integrity and Representation

By submitting an entry, you confirm that:

• The product and all information provided are true, accurate, and not misleading.
• The product is safe, genuine, and compliant with Philippine health and trade laws.
• The product and its claims do not infringe on any third-party rights.
• The product was not manufactured using forced, prison, or child labor.

Allure Philippines reserves the right to disqualify any entry found to contain false or misleading information.

9. Intellectual Property and Use of the Seal

• The Allure Best of Beauty seal, name, and logo are registered trademarks of Condé Nast and MEGA Global Licensing, Inc.
• Unauthorized use of the seal or brand name is strictly prohibited.
• Only official winners may use the seal in marketing or packaging—and only after receiving written authorization from Allure Philippines specifying usage guidelines.
• Brands must not disclose, advertise, or publicize their participation, entry, or results until the official announcement in October 2026.

10. Confidentiality and Communications

Allure Philippines may contact brand representatives for verification or clarification during the review process. However, Allure Philippines will not provide updates, feedback, or reasoning on editorial deliberations prior to the public reveal.

All submissions and samples become property of Allure Philippines and will not be returned.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the proper courts of Pasig City, to the exclusion of all others.

12. Limitation of Liability

Allure Philippines and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Awards. Submission does not guarantee selection or publication.

13. Amendments and Rights Reserved

Allure Philippines reserves the right to modify or cancel any aspect of the Awards process—including categories, timeline, or eligibility criteria—without prior notice.

Participation in the Awards implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
