And just like that, the spooky season has come to a close, leaving behind nights of (faux) blood, extra limbs, and the occasional elaborate prosthetic. Halloween does, after all, make a rather convincing argument for excess—the heavens, the fantasies, and just an excuse to indulge in a little bit more! (Shoutout to Rina Sawayama).

Still, it couldn’t have ended before eventologist Tim Yap gave it one last hurrah with his annual Halloween party, Shake, Rattle & Ball, held last night, October 31, 2026, at the Manila Marriott Hotel. Dreams, nightmares, and everything strange in between took over the ballroom at this year’s ball. With Lucid: Dreams and Nightmares as its theme, the party invited guests to bring their wildest imaginings to life—from the fantastical, nightmarish, dreamlike, and even to the downright unsettling.

And when you have this much freedom, the beauty looks are bound to follow suit. Here, Allure Philippines rounds up the night’s standout transformations.

Niana Guerrero

Not every Halloween apparition has to come from the underworld. Dancer and internet personality Niana Guerrero takes the heavenly route as an ancient deity, with peach eyeshadow swept beyond the outer corners and toward her temples, scattered rhinestones catching the light.

Heart Evangelista

Heart Evangelista’s Halloween look is all beauty in the front, horror in the back: frosted silver lids, sharp bronze eyeshadow, and crystal accents beneath the eyes—but turn around, and the dress tells a bloodier story through knife details, red smears, and a bloodied back.

Andrea Brillantes

Andrea Brillantes took the theme literally, and dressed up (or down) as her biggest nightmare: being caught naked in public. The blonde bombshell blowout, flushed pink cheeks, fluttery lashes, and pink pout were all in place, even as the outfit left very little to the imagination.

Inah de Belen Estrada

Beauty, as they say, is hard to kill. Inspired by Junji Ito’s Tomie, Inah de Belen Estrada brings the manga’s infamous regenerative horror to life with a split-face prosthetic that reveals a gruesome face beneath the skin. Pale contacts, sleek raven hair, and a glossy pink lip preserve Tomie’s eerie beauty—at least on one side.

Alden Richards

Alden Richards came dressed for a heavenly intervention. His metallic gold armor, feathered wings, and floating halo make for quite the archangel entrance, while fresh skin and groomed brows keep the beauty look understated.

Tim Yap

Talk about keeping an eye on the party. Tim Yap transformed into Polyphemus, the one-eyed giant of Greek mythology, with elaborate prosthetics, textures, and a rather hard-to-miss third eye (well, only eye).

Liane Polt and Mattis Perez

Don’t leave these fallen angels out here with cracked marble skin, blank white contacts, and frosted metallic lips. A pearl-draped silver headpiece and grey feathered wings complete the pair’s transformation into living stone sculptures.

Bea Millan-Windorski

For Bea Millan-Windorski, the angelic look is all in the beauty details: a fresh, luminous base, rosy blush swept across the cheeks, fluttery lashes, and a satin nude-pink lip.

Alodia Gosiengfiao Quimbo

The cosplay queen went full spider royalty, pairing a jeweled arachnid headpiece with smoky eyes, icy blue contacts, silver-grey hair, and a statement black lip.

Rosenthal Tee

The classic Pierrot gets a crimson makeover, with red shadow framing the eyes and rhinestones tracing the exaggerated tears beneath them, paired with icy blue contacts, a heart-shaped nose detail, and wavy space buns.

Belle Mariano

Belle Mariano gives the black bat mask a glamorous, pearl-studded twist, paired with a saturated red lip and sleek, straight hair.

Eva Le Queen

Eva Le Queen’s alien superstar transformation is all elongated prosthetics, gilded lips, and gold accents. Vein-like markings snake down her neck and chest, while a sculptural metallic collar and mirrored bustier give the look its full alien superstar finish.

Jayda Avanzado

Jayda Avanzado’s Halloween look hits close to home with a corset fashioned from Meralco bills and red disconnection notices. Against the paper trail of unpaid electricity, her beauty look is simple: softly bronzed eyes, a plush mauve lip, and voluminous auburn waves.

Alexandra Krishna Oriño

Miss Tourism 2026’s take on the Other Mother from Coraline recreates her unsettling button-eyed stare with a 3D black button, a white contact lens, and porcelain-like cracks painted across the face.

Ashley Sarmiento

Ashley Sarmiento gives the horror clown a porcelain-doll makeover with a stark white base, rosy cheek circles, and rhinestone-studded starburst eyes that trail into teardrops.

Gazini Ganados

Miss Universe 2019 Gazini Ganados channels Jennifer’s Body in a blood-splattered satin dress, loose waves, luminous skin, and pale green contacts. The finishing touch is a blood-red smear trailing from the corner of her lips, giving the pageant-ready glam a decidedly sinister edge.

Bea Borres

A beauty look worthy of Megara: a voluminous high ponytail, sweeping side bangs, sharp double-winged liner, and berry-toned eyeshadow. Glowing skin and a glossy nude lip finish the Greek goddess glam.

Marcus Asis and Anne Casi

Taking home Costume of the Night, the duo brought Shutter’s infamous shoulder-haunting scene to life. Casi’s ghostly transformation hinged on an all-over wash of ashen white makeup, bruised, darkened eyes, and a vivid red gash across the forehead—a gruesome finishing touch to the look.
