Kylie Verzosa Shares Her Best-Kept Beauty and Wellness Secrets
The Filipina beauty queen, model, and entrepreneur is not gatekeeping how she stays polished and in shape as she juggles multiple roles at once.

We have seen Kylie Verzosa shift seamlessly from one role to another over the years. From her crowning moment as Miss International ten years ago, to serving glamour at the red carpet along the glittering French Riviera for the Cannes Film Festival, and now balancing her duties as a public figure and entrepreneur, one thing stays the same—she looks good while doing it all.
The multi-hyphenate candidly opens up about her habits and approach to beauty and wellness that moves with the demands of her ever-evolving career lived largely in the public eye in a one-on-one interview with Allure Philippines. She also reveals the skincare regimens she believes are the next big thing and people need to catch up on, alongside the fitness routines that have worked for her, and the wellness rituals that help her stay balanced and confident.
Exercise
Verzosa keeps her svelte figure not just by using her own shapewear brand, Sola, but also through constant exercise. She shares the same love for Pilates as many girls nowadays. “Aside from stretching my body, it really relaxes my head, and I can really see the difference before I go to Pilates and after Pilates. So I am just a better person after Pilates.”
Apart from Pilates, she also says that going for a regular walk or a run immediately makes her feel good. She believes movement is an indispensable part of her routine. “I feel like sometimes we’re too much in the office, or we don’t move so much, and our body really needs movement to feel better. We need to get that blood flowing in our systems, girls.”
Her gym routine, she adds, is a part of her morning routine that cannot be adjusted. “I regularly go to the gym, and I have an amazing trainer, Myra—shout out to her. So we do a lot of weight training. Especially as you get older, we need to not only do cardio but also incorporate weight training. So I do an intense HIIT workout with weights two to three times a week. So that one I don’t skip. I make sure it’s in my calendar,” she emphasizes.
Peptides
Another beauty secret Verzosa reveals is her use of peptides. “I feel like this is a new way of looking at health and longevity. Peptides are something we already have in our body, and peptides, I would say, are natural,” says Verzosa.
“Don’t come for me if you’re like the peptide police, but I personally love NAD+. It gives me a lot of energy. It gives me a lot of mental clarity. It kind of feels like coffee, but without the jittery feeling. So that’s why I love peptides. I know a lot of girls take, like, the glow peptides,” she continues.
Microneedling and PDRN
To keep her skin looking its best, she goes to her dermatologist for microneedling. “I’m really so fortunate and so grateful I get to go to this wonderful beauty aesthetic clinic, and they have this PDRN. So they extract the blood, and then they make this serum that they put on your face,” she says. Verzosa explains that it helps her skin heal when coupled with her microneedling procedure.
Looking beautiful without spending a lot
As a celebrity, she quells the idea that beauty comes with a hefty price tag—you only need to have more fun. “I feel like with fashion and beauty, it’s good when you start to experiment with things or when you start to break the mold. You don’t have to stick to this or, you know, the rule, ‘Don’t wear blue eyeshadow.’ It’s fun. You experiment. “And also about yourself, don’t take yourself too seriously. Have fun, enjoy. And that’s what people resonate with,” she says.
For Verzosa, more than a perfectly curated appearance, or a highly sophisticated skin care routine, it’s the energy and confidence a person radiates that draws others in. When a woman is genuinely enjoying herself and expressing who she is, that joy becomes her most attractive quality.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Verzosa combines Pilates for flexibility and stress relief, daily walks or runs for movement, and two to three HIIT weight-training sessions per week with a personal trainer — a regimen she schedules as a non-negotiable part of her mornings.
Peptides are naturally occurring compounds in the body. Verzosa uses NAD+, a peptide she credits with boosting energy and mental clarity without the jitteriness of caffeine, positioning them as a longevity-focused wellness tool rather than a traditional beauty supplement.
PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) microneedling uses a serum derived from the patient’s own blood to support skin healing and regeneration. Verzosa uses it alongside standard microneedling at her aesthetic clinic to help her skin recover and maintain its condition.
NAD+ is a coenzyme naturally found in the body, increasingly used in wellness protocols for energy metabolism and cellular repair. While Verzosa endorses its personal benefits, peptide supplementation varies by type and delivery method — consulting a healthcare professional before starting is advised.
According to Verzosa, genuine confidence and a willingness to experiment — trying bold eyeshadow, breaking conventional rules, not taking oneself too seriously — is more compelling than an expensive routine. Joy in self-expression, she argues, is the most resonant quality a person can project.
